FULTON’S COPY. First edition. According to Osler, the second volume is made up of unsold sheets of The Bride’s Tragedy and Death’s Jest-Book, which Pickering first issued separately, but as it did not sell well it was included in this collected edition. However, the latter was apparently missing from both Osler’s and the Bodleian copy.
