8. Therapeutic range; and
It is a very informative and pragmatic document reflecting materia medica practices and uses at the time.
Cleveland (1857-1890) graduated from the Homeopathic Hospital College of Ohio in 1883, and was appointed to assistant in the chair of materia medica. He was a member of the State Homeopathic Medical Society and in 1886 published and edited The Clinical Review, a monthly journal of medicine and surgery. He was remembered as “one of the few staunch defenders of the homeopathic faith.”.
