Frontispiece image of Wörishofen, a spa town in Bavaria known for its hydrotherapy treatments developed by Kneipp, tissue guard present, plus a number of wonderful text illustrations. Blue cloth decorated with the author and title, as well as the author’s image all in gilt on the front cover, a bit worn; title page loose but remaining sewn in. Overall a very good copy with some underlining toward the front of the book. Item #18221
