Single sheet of stiff blue paper, inscribed. A typed passage from Slaughter’s book, Upon this rock, a novel about Simon Peter, the man to whom Christ spoke the twelve famous words that were to change history. 3. ANS (91 x 132 mm.), addressed to a Miss. Woody, with signed black & white photograph (180 x 126 mm). April 23, 1975. Slaughter thanks Miss Woody for her note, and refers to bookplates he had sent her, as well as his novel, The stone wall brigade, saying it was going into its second printing. Item #11650
